Please indicate the type of accommodation, the number of guests in your party and any other relevant information.

1.	NO SALES OR TASTING OF ALCOHOL IN ANY FORM BY ANY PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS. CONTRAVENTION OF THIS WILL LEAD TO IMMEDIATE EXPULSION FROM THE FESTIVAL AREA.
2.	BEER TASTING TICKETS entitle the holder to entrance to the festival, a commemorative glass and 5 free tastings from any of the brewers. Further tokens for more tasters, half or full draughts can be purchased.
3.	NON-BEER DRINKING TICKETS entitle the holder to entrance to the festival. There will be soft drinks and wine on sale for non-beer drinkers.
4.	CHILDREN UNDER 18 will have access to the food serving and seating areas of the festival. Children will not be allowed access to the tasting and beer serving areas. There will be a fully supervised children's play area available from 10.00 till 17.00 with a nominal entrance fee.
5.	NO FOOD, ALCOHOL OR ANY DRINKS MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE FESTIVAL GROUNDS. A German style menu will be served from 11.00 till 4.30 pm.
6.	Confirmation is subject to receipt of your 100% payment - Should we not receive the payment by the due date, the reservation will lapse & the organizers will automatically cancel this reservation. Cancellations are automated. These terms are non-negotiable & receipt of a pre-payment, or a deposit or the issue of credit card details or order number or voucher number assumes unconditional agreement by the above named to these terms.
7.	The undersigned, on behalf of their family, partner, group or colleagues, do hereby indemnify Clarens Adventures, Clarens Brewery, The Clarens Craft Beer Festival organisers, the participating brewers, pets, staff, their agents & suppliers and further hold harmless, and waive any claims of whatsoever nature against the above mentioned, their office-bearers, associates, agents, helpers or fellow guests, and hereby expressly state that they will not deem them responsible or liable for any inconvenience, loss, injury, illness, death or misadventure, to their person or property, of whatsoever nature and howsoever caused.
